Formerly Known As Company, also named FKACO, launched private operations in 2012. By 2015, it emerged as a leading music and video distributor.

The FKACO catalog (nka Footprints) is vast. It has provided premium original content for over 10 years. It's a key resource for new artists and brands in the US and beyond. Additionally, FKACO has made handshake deals and exclusive contracts. It started with crucial corporate relationships and partners in retail, radio, and distribution. All these steps were taken to effectively market and distribute music.

FKACO's strategy began on the West Coast of the USA. It quickly gained a strong global presence. Key deals in major cities were crucial. These moves also helped FKACO Distribution, securing its leading position. By 2017, this edge had expanded worldwide.

The goal was to find a good way to reach the market. This led the Formerly Known As Company to boost its product placement. It used careful planning, steady growth, and its in-house Audocs Dot Com platform. As a result, the company supplied over 50 independent retail stores in America. This move created FKACO Distribution in 2015.
