All units ship from the United States. Delivery time from when you receive your shipping confirmation email is typically 4-14 (Domestic to International) business days but may take longer depending on current shipping conditions.
Ordering during major holidays or from remote locations may result in longer shipping times. We ask that you allow 3 weeks for shipping before contacting support.
To obtain assistance with a tracking code for your package, you should contact the courier who provided the code.
Domestic US & Canada
Includes all 50 US states, APO orders and Territories. Canadian provinces are included in North American Domestic shipping rates.
All orders placed outside of North America are International orders.
Music merchandise on FKACO are displayed with shipping fees. The shipping fees for each product are standard and calculated from previous and known shipping rates for that product.
Ordering multiple units of the same product may increase shipping costs. 1-2 items will not change the overall shipping costs listed. Shipping costs will increase for items over 2 units. This is reflected in weight, so larger or heavier orders incur higher shipping fees.

Contact your local post office to have your mail forwarded to your changed address. Once the items have left the manufacturer they will be delivered by your local postal service.
If your package has not been received it will be returned to the sender. FKACO fulfilment will receive a notice of this return-to-sender. We will contact you for further details. Often this order will ship without any added fees. If additional shipping fees are required you will be notified prior to reshipment.
Submit a support ticket to FKACO for assistance along with your notice that your order has been returned. A replacement will be arranged, or a refund provided.
Processing times are based on unit stock. Back catalog orders or on-demand printed units are subject to a 2 week manufacturing period. All CD & Vinyl units ship from our fulfillment service. Bundled units will be fulfilled in stages as each item becomes available, and will not ship until all units are complete. If an order contains on-demand merchandise and other items in the back- catalog stock, it will be shipped separately.
Lost or Damaged goods
Please provide FKACO Support with the order ID and tracking number. We will investigate the order, check its location and status, and verify shipping information with you. If it is determined that the order has been lost in transit FKACO support will provide a replacement or refund for the order.
Damaged in transit goods should be determined within 24 hours of reception. Sending FKACO Support pictures or videos of the damage may increase your chances of receiving a replacement or refund.
Please check your order confirmation email for any additional information on your order status. Once merchandise is processed, US orders weighing over 1 lb should receive a UPS or USPS tracking number. International orders may receive tracking or a waybill at the discretion of the local shipping courier or postal service. FKACO may or may not be given tracking options for International orders.
Cancelling or changing my order
FKACO Support can change pending orders. Please login to the customer/affiliate portal and review your order. The turnaround time from pending to submitted is 24-48 hours. Orders in the process stage include manufacturing and shipping data submitted. Shipped and Fulfilled orders indicate in transit orders and arrived orders.
FKACO Support will update or cancel pending and submitted orders upon request. However, due to the on-demand manufacturing process, it is not always possible to cancel these orders. Once on-demand orders enter the processing stage it is not possible to stop the order.
