How do I place an order?

- To place an order, browse our products on any of the FKACO cart-based sites (merch or shop). Add the desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept many payment methods. These include credit/debit cards and Crypto. You can also use PayPal and other secure options listed at checkout. Our shop cart also accepts Crypto and PayPal.

How can I change or cancel my order?

- If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Often, once we've processed an order, we may not be able to make changes.

How long does it take to process an order?

We process orders within 1-3 business days once they're cleared. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Will I receive a confirmation email after placing an order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email. It will have your order details. You will get it shortly after you place your order.
